By accessing or using TipAI ("the Service"), a product of AI A to Z LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

TipAI is a tip calculation and receipt scanning application that uses optical character recognition (OCR) and other technologies to assist users in calculating tips and splitting bills. The Service is provided "as-is" for informational and convenience purposes only.

3. No Warranties - Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components

We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that any calculations, OCR results, or other outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI A TO Z LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Incorrect tip calculations or financial losses resulting from use of the Service
• Inaccurate OCR results or receipt scanning errors
• Any reliance on calculations or information provided by the Service
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.

5. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations and amounts
• OCR technology may not be 100% accurate and you must verify all extracted data
• You should not rely solely on the Service for financial decisions
• You are responsible for checking receipts and bills for accuracy
• You use the Service at your own risk
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI A to Z LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any reliance on calculations or information provided by the Service

7. Accuracy of Information

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF:

• Tip calculations
• Bill splitting calculations
• OCR-extracted data from receipts
• Any numerical outputs or recommendations

ALWAYS VERIFY ALL AMOUNTS AND CALCULATIONS BEFORE MAKING PAYMENTS.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice or liability. We may also modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party APIs, services, or technologies. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of these third-party services, and we disclaim all liability related to their use.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
